Fruity Honey Smoothie
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1/3 cup honey
1 cup skim or nonfat milk
1/2 cup plain or vanilla low fat yogurt
In a blender, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Makes 2 large servings.
