Tablespoons honey |

Tablespoons cider vinegar |

teaspoons curry powder |

teaspoon ground cumin |

teaspoon salt |

Tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped |

| Directions |
| Combine all ingredients except cilantro in small bowl until well blended. Stir in cilantro. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with assorted sliced vegetables. |
